I. The Group

A private holding company, by design.

Six operating companies. A portfolio of properties. One owner. One long horizon. Modern Business Ventures was founded in 2024 as a private holding group, structured around the wholly and partly owned operating businesses of its single principal. It is not a fund, not a venture firm, and does not raise capital from outside investors.

The Group exists to build, own, and operate companies for the long term. Six operating businesses across apparel, consumer products, sales, hospitality technology, innovation services, and energy distribution, alongside a portfolio of real estate held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Every company in the Group is owned, wholly or in part, by the principal. Not held in a fund. Not raised from outside.
